We are ready to help!

Frozen Food
We offer ready made frozen meals. We recommend defrosting the pouch in the fridge overnight. For heating, either heat the pouch itself in hot water or heat its content on a stove top. Note that our pots can be directly microwaved from frozen. Check food temperature before feeding your child to avoid burns. Note that fruit based products can be eaten cold.
Our product is freshly made to order in our kitchen, hence its free from any yucky additives or preservative, for that reason we recommend a shelf life of four months in the freezer.
Once defrosted, our product will last only 24 hours in the fridge.
Our fruit based products can be served frozen as a pop treat or a smoothie, but we recommend caution as ice blocks can be a choking hazard for small children.
Our product is free from any added salt, sugar, additives or preservatives.
We try to cater to every need, keep an eye out for our changing menu as there is something for everyone. Read the ingredients and labels carefully for any allergens concerning your child.
Please note that the food is produced in a kitchen where exposure to allergens such as shellfish, wheat, celery, dairy, gluten, celery and nuts/seeds may occur.
Our only microwavable packaging is the brown pots. Please do NOT microwave the plastic packaging. Warning labels and instructions are printed on each product for ease of use.
For health reasons, once heated, do NOT reheat the food again.
Once defrosted, do NOT attempt to refreeze. Consume within 24 hours of defrosting.
Please note that some partial defrosting may occur, and that is totally normal. If, however, your product arrives completely melted, please contact us immediately and send us a picture and we will assist you immediately.
We offer various textures thats developmentally appropriate for every stage. Consult your pediatrician before starting your baby on solids.
Our Stage 1 meals are smooth, and lower in energy and protein (+6 months).
Our Stage 2 meals are textured, and higher in energy and protein (+8 months).
Our Stage 3 meals are soft and chunky to encourage chewing (+10 months).
Our Toddler meals are full and whole foods (+12 months).
Babies aren't going to like everything you give them, and that's totally normal (and totally frustrating!). In fact, it can take up to 20 tries of something before a baby adjusts to a new taste. At Bumblebee, we are always experimenting with new flavors and recipes, and we are sure you will find something your child likes.

Dry Food
Our dry food simply means food thats ready to consume. They range from baby bites to kids cookies. No need to store in fridge or freezer. Store in a cool dry space.
Our dry food lasts between two months to four months, dates are printed on the label. Note that once opened, food should be consumed within a week. Do not freeze our dry food as it ruins the texture. Store the dry food in a cool dry place.
Our dry food is suitable for babies aged 8 months and above, even older kids and adults can enjoy our dry food. We recommend shopping per age group on the online shop.

Delivery
We aim to deliver within 2 - 3 days of receiving your order.
We ship all our frozen products in foam boxes packed with ice. Once received, please store the Bumblebee products immediately in the freezer.
We partnered with a third party for our delivery services. Delivery time is usually between 1 - 6 pm. If your order is delivered after 8pm, please contact us immediately to help you fix the issue.

Sometimes we can accommodate urgent orders for next day delivery, please contact us via Whatsapp or Instagram in the morning and we will try our best to help.

Payment & Refund
No, once your order is placed, it is immediately sourced and fulfilled.
No, if however, there was a manufacturing issue such as leakage or melted food due to late delivery please contact us immediately.
We accept online payments or cash on delivery.
We do not offer cash refunds. However, if there was an issue with your delivery such as leakage or melting, please contact us on Whatsapp or Instagram to arrange a new delivery. Please note, we may ask for proof so take photos to share.

Travel
Yes. Our product is made for easy travel and mess free feeding.
If you are planning to use our food on the plane only, you can put your Bumblebee packs in the cooler bag with some ice. This will keep the meals frozen for 4 - 6 hours. Once ready to consume, place your Bumblebee pack in hot water to defrost and feed your child.
If you are planning to take our food for your full trip, follow those steps:
1) Confirm if your destination allows live food (USA does not).
2) Confirm if your airline allows food in check in (Most airlines allow it).
3) To travel with our product, use the same foam box we send, and use dry ice inside the foam box. Seal tightly and check in the foam box with your luggage. Once you arrived to your hotel, remove the dry ice and place in the freezer. Most hotels will accommodate and allow you to store the meals in their central freezer.
