Defrost in the fridge overnight (or 8 - 12 hours). Once thawed, either heat the bag itself in hot water (not boiling) or heat its contents on a stovetop. Do not microwave packaging. Check the tempreture of the food before feeding your baby to avoid any burns.
Simply enjoy this meal as is or with a side of soft rice.
